Subscriptions (Monthly/Annual)

Refunds are **not provided** for payments already processed for monthly or annual subscription cycles. You may cancel at any time to stop all future billing.

Domain Audits (One-Time Services)

• **Start of Service:** No refunds are applicable once the domain audit has commenced processing.
• **Invalid Submissions:** If you submit an invalid or inaccessible domain, the service fee is non-refundable as processing resources are utilized.

Exceptional Cases for Refund

Refunds may be considered and issued only for verifiable technical errors:

• Duplicate payments charged in error.
• Technical failures on our part preventing service delivery for a prolonged period.
