• **Cancellation:** You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings.
• **Refunds:** No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription period.

Use of Service

You agree to use our service lawfully. You explicitly agree not to misuse data, attempt to scrape large amounts of information, or reverse-engineer internal SmartScore™ processes or scoring logic.

Intellectual Property

All SmartScore™, analysis methods, proprietary scoring logic, and platform content (text, graphics, logos) are the exclusive intellectual property of DomainGemsAI.

Limitation of Liability

We provide intelligence data but offer **no guarantee** regarding domain values, successful sales outcomes, or search engine ranking improvements based on our reports.

Account Termination

DomainGemsAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to abuse or misuse of service.
